For the past couple of years I have suffered with anxiety and panic attacks and have been prescribed antidepressants. I try very hard to fight the sy.

I hoped that by forcing myself to go I would be able to conquer the problem but instead of getting better it is getting far worse.

How can I deal with panic attacks?
